What should I do if I changed the password for a queue?

If you have changed the password for your account in a housing queue, you need to reset it to allow Dibz to continue managing your queue spot. Follow these steps:

Log in to the housing queue’s website
Visit the website of the relevant housing queue and log in.

Reset the password to the Dibz password
Go to "My queues" in your Dibz account and find the password Dibz has provided for that specific queue. Change the password on the housing queue’s website to this Dibz password to ensure we can continue updating your queue spot automatically.
