My child is not old enough for certain queues, what should I do?

Use the scheduling feature and schedule registration in the housing queue. The Dibz system will automatically register your child on the day they meet the age requirement.

Which areas should I choose for my child?

It can be difficult to know in which city your child will want to live. We always recommend cities where universities are located, such as Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Lund, Umeå, and Linköping, among others. You can also choose cities near your current residence; that is usually a good rule of thumb.

Do we have to accept apartments when we reach the front of the queue?

No, with Dibz, you and your family automatically collect queue points, which are then used as your currency when applying for housing. You need to actively search for specific apartments and will not be offered any without submitting an expression of interest. You can think of Dibz as saving queue points for future housing.

Can I invite all my family members?

Yes, you can, regardless of age. We recommend starting to queue for housing as early as possible. Add your children, siblings, parents, and grandparents. Together, you can get your dream apartments faster.
