To ensure Dibz can update your queue spots and maintain your position, it’s important to remember the following:

• Do not change the password for your housing queues
  When you add a queue through Dibz, a username and password are created for you, which we use to update your queue position. If the password is changed, Dibz will no longer be able to ensure that your position in the queue remains active.

• Dibz manages the updates for you
  Using the Dibz-generated password, we can automatically log in and ensure that you don’t lose your queue spot.
