Why do housing queues undergo system changes, and why do I need to reactivate my account when this happens?

Private and municipal property owners use property management systems to provide their housing queues. During the summer of 2022, the company Aareon AG (developer of the Incit Xpand system) acquired Momentum Software Group AB (developer of the Momentum system).

Following this acquisition, Aareon decided that all property owners using Incit Xpand or Momentum must migrate to a new system, Momentum 2.0. This system transition has been ongoing since late 2023.

At Dibz, we have done our best to help our users navigate these system changes. Unfortunately, Momentum has implemented a reactivation process that requires you, as a user, to complete the reactivation yourself. Due to this, Dibz’s system cannot automatically reactivate your account.

Notifications and recommendations:

  • Dibz’s system notifies you via email and SMS when action is required to maintain your queue points.

  • We recommend completing the reactivation as soon as possible to secure your spot in the queue.
