How do I cancel my account or subscription?

Instructions on how to cancel your account or subscription

To delete your account or subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account

   • Go to Manage Accounts and then to Payment.

2. Cancel your subscription

   • There, you’ll find a red button labeled "Cancel Subscription". Click the button to end your subscription.

3. Manage family members

   • Under Manage Accounts, you can also add or remove family members from your account.
