How do I leave the housing queues?

If you wish to leave a housing queue, you must contact the queue administration directly. Unfortunately, Dibz cannot remove you from the queues, as this requires you to handle the contact yourself.

Important to note:

  • If you do not regularly update your queue spot or, in the case of paid queues, fail to pay the invoice, you will automatically lose your spot and account in the queue.

  • Please note that if you do not pay for a paid queue, you are not obligated to pay; you will only lose your spot in the queue.

This gives you the freedom to decide whether to keep your spot in each housing queue.
