What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will automatically try again the following month, this time with a double amount (the current and previous month's charges).
Notifications for failed payments:

You will receive an email notification for each failed payment attempt.

After four failed attempts, the account will be deactivated, and we will send an SMS to inform you about the deactivation.
Please note:

Payments are usually processed on the 25th of each month.

If no payment is made before the end of the month, feel free to contact us. Your queue days will remain secure during this time.
