I can’t add my card

If a payment fails, please double-check the following before contacting us:

  1. Check your account balance
    Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank
    There may be a restriction or a temporary issue with your card that your bank can help resolve.

  3. Contact your card provider
    If you are using Mastercard or Visa, you can also contact them to ensure your card is functioning properly.

  4. Try another card
    If possible, try using a different card.

What cards are supported?

We use Adyen as our payment solution, and it supports the following card types:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Diners Club

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • UnionPay

If your card is not on this list, unfortunately, it cannot be used directly with our payment solution.

Use Klarna as an alternative

If your card does not work or is not supported, you can choose Klarna as a payment method instead. Klarna offers several options for completing your payment, such as invoice or direct payment.
