How do I upgrade a single account to a family account?

You can easily upgrade your single account to a family account and invite other family members to it. When you upgrade your account, any prepaid amounts for the single account are converted into credits used to pay for the new family account plan.

To upgrade:

  • Go to "Manage account" and click on "Add more family members."

  • Alternatively: Go to "Payment" and click on "Edit" to upgrade to a family account.

What happens to other users' accounts upon upgrading?

  • If a family member already has their own account, it will be paused until further notice. If needed, the account can be reactivated in the future, and the payment for the previously selected period will apply from the activation date.

  • Alternatively, a refund can be issued for prepaid amounts if you do not wish to pause the account for future use.

Once the upgrade is complete, you can start inviting family members directly to the family account.
