Does Dibz update my Queues automatically?

If your queues are listed under "Active Queues" in the "My Queues" tab, it means everything is functioning as it should. We manage your queue spots and perform regular logins for each queue, so you don’t risk losing your queue points. This means you don’t need to log in regularly yourself—we handle it for you.

Paid Queues
If you are in a paid queue, you need to pay the queue fee directly to the housing queue to retain your spot. Paid queues always send their invoices separately, and payments are not processed through Dibz.

Inactive Queues
If any queue is listed under "Inactive Queues," action is required from you, as we currently don’t have access to the account. Click on the inactive queue to see the steps needed. We also notify you via email if we lose access to a queue.
