How do I update my personal identity number?

If your personal identity number has changed, we can help you update it in our system. Please send proof of the change. We only need to verify the change, not the reason for it.

Note:
When we update your personal identity number in Dibz, this unfortunately does not change it in the housing queues where you are already registered. To update your personal identity number in those queues, you will need to contact each queue separately.
