What does "Reactivation required" mean?
If your queue is marked with "Reactivation required," it means we can no longer log in to your account. This is usually because the password has been changed—it’s important that you don’t change the password when visiting the queue but instead use the password we provided. Follow the instructions on the specific queue's website to restore the connection to Dibz.
Below are some common reasons why this status may appear:
-
Changed password or username:
If you have changed the password or username with the housing queue, the connection to Dibz has been broken. -
Already registered:
If you were already registered in the housing queue, you need to transfer the queue to Dibz. -
System changes at the housing queue:
Sometimes housing queues undergo system changes that require you to log in with BankID to retain your queue spot. -
Third-party management:
The housing queue may have transferred its management to a third party, and Dibz no longer supports that specific queue.
