Put your kids in the queues!

Queue for your loved ones with a couple of clicks. Family accounts are now available on dibz. Read more.

What does "Your account is inactive & cannot be restored" mean?

If your queue is marked as "Your account is inactive & cannot be restored," it means the housing queue has removed your spot in the queue. This could be due to:

  • Queue requirements:
You may not meet the requirements for holding a spot in the queue, such as a requirement to study in a specific city.

  • Third-party management:
The housing queue may have transferred its management to a third party, or Dibz may no longer support that specific queue.

Follow the instructions under Reason/requirements on the specific queue's website to ensure your queue points are not lost.
