I can’t join all the queues available on the website?
If you’re unable to join all the queues listed on the website while logged in, this may be due to your age or whether you are a student.

If you’re not a student, you won’t be able to join student queues. You can easily update your student status under Manage Account.

If you don’t meet the age requirement for a queue, you won’t be able to join it. However, you can use the scheduling feature, and we will register you on the day you reach the required age.
These conditions also apply to sub-accounts under family accounts, for example, if you’re managing housing queues for your children.
