Can I reactivate my canceled account?

After canceling your account on Dibz, you have the option to reactivate it within a certain number of months. Many users who cancel their accounts regret their decision and want to start using Dibz again.

Reactivation and payment of outstanding months:
To reactivate your account, you first need to pay for the outstanding months, as we continue managing your housing queues during this period. The cost is calculated based on the number of months since the account was canceled and our monthly fee.

Right of withdrawal and refunds:
According to our terms, the service does not include a right of withdrawal since it is delivered immediately. However, if you feel that you made a hasty decision, we may make an exception and issue a refund. Please note that in such cases, your account will be terminated, as payment for the outstanding months is required for continued use of Dibz.
