Can I change my mind and create a new account with Dibz?

When you cancel your account with Dibz, your personal information is stored for 36 months. During this period, you have the option to change your mind and reactivate your account.

Important to know:

• After 36 months, your personal information is permanently deleted, and we will no longer be able to access your accounts with the housing queues.

• If you create a new account after this period, you will need to change the password for each queue to grant us access again, as the accounts are personal.

This ensures that your information is handled in accordance with Dibz's privacy policy.
