How do payments work on Dibz?

Our payments are processed automatically. Once your paid-through date has passed, a new payment will be made according to the payment plan you have chosen.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Ensure your card is valid and that your card details are up to date. If your card becomes invalid, you will need to update your card information for payments to process automatically.

  • If your card becomes invalid, we will send you an email to inform you that the payment has failed.

Payment dates:

  • Payments are usually processed on the 25th of each month, which is why a new payment may not always occur immediately after your paid-through date. If a payment hasn’t been processed by the end of the month, feel free to contact us.
