How do I see my queues?

To view your queues, click on "My queues" in your Dibz account. Here, you’ll get an overview of all the queues you are registered in. If you have a Family Account, you can easily switch between family members to see their respective queues.

The queues are divided into four different stages:

Inactive queues
These queues require manual handling. They are shown as inactive if you are already registered in the queue or if the password for the account in that specific queue has been changed.

Active queues
Here you’ll find the queues where you are registered and that Dibz updates regularly to keep your spot active.

Processing
In this stage, you’ll see queues that Dibz is in the process of registering you in. It may take up to 48 hours to complete the registration, but it often happens much faster.

Paid queues
If you’ve added queues that require additional payment, they will appear here. Please note that these queues invoice you separately according to the payment policies of each specific queue.
