I’m already in queues. What happens then?

Information on how to manage already added queues

If you are already registered in one or more housing queues and want to use Dibz to manage them, you can easily transfer these queues to your Dibz account. Here’s how it works:

  1. Add your existing queues
    Select the queues where you are already registered and add them to Dibz. To allow us to manage the queue for you, you need to change the password to a Dibz-generated password, enabling us to log in and update your spot.

  2. Maintain queue time
    Your existing queue time will be preserved when Dibz takes over the management. We ensure that your spots remain active through automatic logins.

  3. Paid queues
    If you are in a paid queue that requires payment to keep your spot, it’s best to leave it outside Dibz. Payment secures your spot, and there is no benefit to moving such a queue to Dibz.

  4. Support for issues
    If you experience difficulties transferring a queue to Dibz, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you!
